Death Promise (1977 color Rifftrax.) Kung fu movie! This is looking like Guy from Harlem level stuff. It’s a whole movie about hating your landlord. I guess. Wow, man this movie is a mess. I watched 14mins of it. Dunno why I’m stopping, it is funny, but will come back. OK, I am back for more. It’s about landlords trying to make tenants move out by cutting off water and gas and putting rats in building. There’s a narrator. There’s karate. There’s a faceless Blofeld type petting a cat! Budget on this movie is like $200. Building is owned by some giant corporation. Organized crime. ...I still haven’t gotten back to the 14min point since restarting. Arson! Tarantino must have seen this. Mortality Pledge. Wow, they’re ripping off You Only Live Twice. Rifftrax isn’t mentioning it. Lame. So many crazy screaming 70s guys! They all scream when they fight. I rank this alongside Guy From Harlem, though lesser. So I guess low Top Tier
