This is the one with Timmy—Crow’s weird silver doppelgänger. This is a fun one! Space travel as imagined by people in the 50s is great. You can smoke onboard the ship. It’s very spacious. I love silly riffs like, when there’s a silent closeup of one guy Tom says “I’m coming to terms with my sexuality” and they cut away. Just goofy fast quips. So 5 idiot astronauts are going to Jupiter or somewhere but get pulled over. Now they’re on new Atlantis. This one is so goofy. Stranger in paradise starts playing around 45mins in. And pretty much never stops. This is a classic. Season 4 is all classic. There’s a skinny tall guy in a black turtleneck and silly mask lurking in the woods around New Atlantis. Mission control back on earth has been on hold this whole time. Movie is dull, riffing is great. Still, not super high in top tier, but def in there. My fav era and type of movie for mst! Top Tier
