The Last Chase (Mst3k ktma ep20 color 1980) . Lee Majors! Burgess Meredith? Futuristic, but sounds like now—May 2021 watch date. There’s a global virus and pandemic, kills a bunch, quarantines a bunch. There’s also a gasoline shortage or something—-cars are outlawed. (Currently in 2021 corona virus still rages on and a terrorist cyber attack has shut down a major gas pipeline). Movie set in 2011. I’m 25mins in and bored. There’s a whole surveillance part that reminds me of Overdrawn at the Memory Bank. Ok, finally, 30mins in, dweeby kid and bionic man get in a cool car and hit the road! The riffing is not great. It isn’t especially bad. There’s some good ones, but they feel like comments. The movie is finally getting going. 34mins in and The Penguin has arrived. They’re bringing him out of retirement as a pilot. It’s a fun movie and the riffs are fun too. Really getting a lot of use out of the Dr Strangelove set. Well that has ended. What a dumb movie. Low in the 2nd tier, not bad. The KTMA season is not bad, it's just more a laid back watch along with 3 friends. Second Tier
